During counseling, I had my family live inside the home of one of the well known child psychiatrists.
बैसाख १२ गतेको भुकम्पवाट हामीले के पाठ सिक्नु पर्छ? (What are some of the lessons that we should take away from the 25 April 2015 quake in Nepal?)
Be confident, do not panic, build your house earthquake resistant. Don’t violate government laws. Follow building code in construction. Awareness is very important in the coming days. Don’t forecast wrong information like sitting underneath a table is safe– this is useful only when you have a light structure prefab building house such as those commonly built in Japan.
